Do tell. I'm listening.

| Dreams have no meaning. They are just another form of your mind thinking while you are asleep. The reason people think that there is a meaning to them is because they remember them. You dream every time you are asleep, you just don't have any recollection every time. My theory is that the dreams you do remember are the ones you were having when you were not in the deep sleep or comming out of sleep. Think about it for a minuite. Every time you have a dream that was vivid, it is just after you have awakened. |
My wifes grandmother swears that she had a dream (her now deceased husband claimed to have also had the same dream the same night) where an angel came to her and told her that she would take her son when he turned 35. This was back when the boy was only 9 or 10. The grandmother and grandfather repeated the dream to my wifes mother many years before their son died from cancer at the age of 35. Now sure, you can say a little old lady and her deceased husband made it up, but my mother in law stands firm that she had learned of the dream many years before it came true. Dreams usually mean nothing. But not all are meaningless. |
