From your Virginia neighbors (VCDL)...and I hope you're all MCDL members!!! -------------------------------------------------------------- Maryland has a "shall-issue" bill in the hopper! -------------------------------------------------------------- Be still my beating heart! This bill would be the first to allow normal MD citizens to get a permit! The bill has 12 co-sponsors. No provisions for reciprocity, BUT it looks like it will allow non-residents to get a permit! What a great thing this would be for our fellow gun owners to our north.
