I've been thinking about the same thing lately. For me, there aren't many circumstances where bugging out would improve my odds, so I'm most likely staying put up here in rural Pennsylvania. However, I do recognize the need for more people and the need for a team approach. Thane and I are both up in PA now, having fled MD last year. Thane is a bit close to the border, I think I'm in a better position. I think this is something we need to explore more. |
Me too. But unfortunately its hard to get a few people together for a shoot a month ahead of time so I don't know if Im posting this for nothing. But a few really serious people that can rely on eachother in a SHTF scenario can be an amazingly helpful tool. If anyone is wanting to do this lets make it happening! |

| I just had surgery, and until I have my next surgery that will fix me I'm on Morphine and can't drive. I'm gonna see how my back is feeling that day and maybe I'll skip the morphine and drive up to Annapolis. I really want to get together with ya'll again, it's been too long, so hopefully it will work out. M4 I'll give you a call on the 24th and let you know for sure either way. |
Where you at? Maybe somebody could pick you up. BTW - my wife has been driving on elephant numbing levels of morphine for the last 7 years. Sure you can't? |
| Fight4yourrights, sorry to hear about your wife being on meds for so long. It really sucks. She must be a strong woman to have put up with whatever condition requires so much pain medicine for seven years. I quite taking my meds today after tapering down the dose for several days. We'll see how I do today. Going to the range to celebrate. Beer sounds really good. I tried to drink one while on my meds and it made me sick. That's not cool. No beer make Homer mad! Hope to see you guys tommorow. |

Then I should point out (for those that haven't been there) Daves is located off of Rt 175 near where it intersects Snowden River Parkway. Its right next to Don Paublos (hard to miss that building) / in front of Target. You can take RT 29 and get off on Rt 75 heading East; or get off I95 and head west. |
| For those not familiar with the area, if you are on Route 175, you turn on Dobbin Road (make a left if you are coming from 29 or make a right if you are coming from 95) and then right into the shopping plaza at the light. You will see a Target, CompUSA, Dicks, and Staples in the plaza |

See that was exactly the problem! I have DD and my bank was M&T.Since they suck almighty balls I am getting rid of them and switched to BoA. In the switch over, the clowns at the state finance dept. have screwed up my DD transfer to BoA.

M4 & Super9, You guys need to send me your address so I can mail you a copy of the MD-AR15 CD (see what you others miss for not attending the dinner?). Oh you both had asked me the Cost of my EO Tech. The figure I gave was for the Military (552) version (with NVG capability). If you don't need it NVG compatible you can get the Police version in the really low 300's (model 512). |
