So I went and voted tonight at a church down the road (Ramsey County, btw). They had a paper sign up saying firearms, some other stuff I don't remember, and campaign material were prohibited. They cited statute 211B.11. Went home and looked that up and there was absolutely nothing in there with regard to firearms. Entire 211B as far as I could tell. It's pretty stupid but I was kind of ticked off about it. Did anyone else notice it? I'm generally not one to take up causes but how would one effectively challenge the election board and get them to stop posting erroneous signs?

It is technically a felony, just like post office and school carry. So is voter fraud and that has never stopped people either... carrying at a church? My pastor carries... So does his daughter and two of the ushers. I know them because... an angel told me. ;) |

His polling place happens to be at a church, which is irrelevant to weather or not it is legal to carry at a polling place. |
