He's getting better at ditching me while I'm tailing him. He's been known to travel across the state, into North Dakota, and down south sometimes too... Keeps changing up his routine, and it's throwing me off... I'll step it up a notch.

I bet if you used a tracking bracelet or collar it might stick around, especially if you wrapped it in paracord.
