ill be in Wisconsin knocking down a tree at the g/f's families cabin tomorrow. if i had planned it better i would have bought a Wisconsin tag and planned for a longer weekend... deer season in Wi is going on right now isnt it?

anyways, hope the deer are moving more this weekend than last weekend. good luck everyone.

It seemed a bit breezy this afternoon, so I brewed up some beer instead. Was sort of kicking myself when the wind died down. I'll be taking the bow out tomorrow. I would also like to hear some reports.

Well, duck hunting was crap today.  Saw about half a dozen ducks by 1100, but nothing coming in close.  Wet, windy, and cold.

Heard a Honker in the white out. I thought about grabbing my shottie, and giving a toot, crazier things have happened. I almost regret picking up bow hunting, I used to be an old duck hunter.
