Anyone use James Kobe for work on a rifle??? I am looking to get a Rem 700 5-R trued and have the trigger tuned.

I would appreciate any experiences you guys could share.

Never worked with that smith but Randy at Territorial would be a good choice for that type of work.

Jim Kobe has done a few minor things for me and has always done good work with quick turn times. He usually will quote me a time frame of a month or so, then call me back after 2 weeks to say "come get it". He came highly recommended by John at GS - if John trusts him than I trust him....

He did a bedding job and a muzzel break for me. Quick turn around time and a pretty nice guy to work with.

he did a couple brakes for me - excellet work - good price - and pretty quick turnaround too big thumbs up :)
