I picked up my first AR today! I didn't think I'd be able to make it down to Gunstop before 6 this week, but I got off work early today. I got stuck in traffic and called Gunstop at 5:55, I asked them if they'd be willing to stay open an extra 10 minutes for me, and to my pleasant surprise, they agreed. I am now the proud owner of a brand new Colt 6920 he It doesn't seem like a big deal... staying open 10 minutes late for a customer, but try getting anyone else to do it. Gunstop's service is amazing. |

it takes CUSTOMER SERVICE to stay open past their scheduled hours... something most companies have never heard of. ill be going to the gunstop tomorrow if i can find the time. gotta get going on this 6.8 loading so i can shoot this baby this weekend!! been reading books and info most of the evening. |

well i just got home from GS. john really knows his shit. he helped me for 2 HOURS. he gave me a crash course on reloading, which explained everything i didnt pick up from the books or reading online. more hands on type explainations, and showed me many things to avoid. i cant believe how busy that place is.... soon, ill go back to the basement and set the table up... oh, and $566.00 in case youre wondering... 2000 primers, 200 6.8 bullets, 500 6.8 cases, 1000 .223 bullets, case lube, case holders, dies, 1 pounds powder, just to name a FEW of the things i bought. |

John is a wealth of knowledge if not a solid source of lip-jacking/harassments. He will tease anyone who comes through the door. I know of LEOs who have been in uniform while in there and been the butt of a joke or two while John is tending his side of the shop. |
| For any of you who don't shop The Gunstop, you're missing out. I have been a very regular customer there for many years (over 20). John is the one who got me going in reloading and is a huge help with things. Larry has always treated me well and been very helpful. My next rifle is sitting there in the rack; none of you F'ers better buy it! |
