Today at auction I obtained the following.... Winchester Model 12 25% blue, very good stock...$100...think I want to either nickel plate it or parkerize it for the trench gun look. 1000 rounds 7.62x39 124 FMJ steel case. Looks like old school Wolf with primer seal and red bad around th projo. Marked non-corrosive hunting ammo...$150 Sealed battle pack 7.62x51 ball R1M1.....$20....guess it's time to buy a rifle...  Cold as hell out, but a good score in auction land. Saw a P.O.S SKS go for $220, some battle packs of 5.56 go at $60 each, and a lot of other guns sell for over new cost, but deals were to be had if you knew what was really there. |
