Did kenny sell it to the the tankride owner? I was over at the tankride site and it looks like he is operating everday of the week. hinking.gif If that is the case, looks like we are going to need a new place to shoot, or the tankride guy is going to have to change his hours around and realize he is just a tennant and not the range owner |

I think that's the concern with Sully's DE classes to isn't it? I mean.. who wants to be conducting a class and then having tannerite blow up in the machine gun pit or something? To bad we can't get a pool together, 40 members 1K a pice, or something and buy 40 Acres + some.. start our own club. <-- I'd soo be in on this! |
I kind of feel real bad for the Sully and DE Crew, that has been their home for a while now. Pooling together would be cool, but 40 different owners would have 40 different ideas, and that could cause problems too |
I'd be in. I'd even double it to 2k... Even if it's an hour away...I'd be in, easy. |
This is how it starts  Now we just need an opportunity.. Land someplace closer to the twin cities than the hunting land that's usually for sale.Too bad. We don't know any farmers up in East Bethel / Hamlake Area. Wouldn't that be ideal?

I'd say, let it run it's course and see how things pan out. As a member of the club, I find my best shooting times to be during the week in the AM. Weekends are busy of course. There is another range a bit farther north that has 1000yards to shoot on. If there were enough serious shooters, I'd be interested in starting another range, but there are a lot of considerations to take into account.
