I went to a ARFCOM shoot last October at the Princeton range.

Is that a public range? I never asked at the time.

That's really a rip. I'm all for supporting ranges through annual memberships, but $10/gun is nuts.

Call out there and talk to Ken Sanford (owner) 763-389-2264, 612-390-4451. I joined a couple of months ago, and I think he's got a really reasonable deal. My only dislike is that it seems like every Saturday I want to shoot, there is an event of some type using the range. Not sure I'd call it a dislike, but just something you have to plan around. I do like being able to go out there on a weekday at 800AM, and blasting away with nobody around....

I really question the safety of the "machine gun pit" these days. Too much scrap steel laying around and the berm hasnt been tended to in a couple of years now

I'd like to see a few shovelfulls of whatever is on the bottom of that pond...

Princeton is the only range that will let you shoot junk, though. No?
