1. Where does one fill out a form 4, and to whom does one submit it? 2. In general, how long of a wait is it for a reply? 3. Does the CLEO need to sign off on a SBR or a AOW? 4. Do you need to have a serial # for a form 4, or can someone submit the form 4, then shop for the gun? If you need a serial #, Do you purchase the gun then have the seller hold it untill you are approved? 5. Thanks for your time. |
