| If any of you in the metro would like to do some winter AR or pistol shooting outdoors PM me,I can shoot weekends for a couple hours. I have a range membership and am interested in some pistol shooting then moving down with the rifles to shoot at 100 & 200yds. Going up to St. Cloud is too far.. IMO. |
| Just got in from the range, it was cold but not too cold. My .45 shot O.K. the slide was slow to lock up, also shot the A.K. at 100 yds prone, it shot surprisingly well. JEM375 came down too and shot a Makarov he picked up and the last gun show (paid too much) it shot well. Nice to shoot this time of year, had the range to ourselves, JEM375 hid in the clubhouse after a 1/2 hour. |
| Christ, I said wait until it gets up into the 40's not 17 like it was today....I gave up trying to load the magazines, I couldn't feel the damn ammo, my fingers were so cold.....oh, well shot a few mags anyway...And I only paid $20 too much for the Makarov, at the gun show I bought one and 3 tables down, they had them for $20 cheaper, damn it...........never will hear the end of this from Scott........... |
