There is a gun/pawn shop in Lancaster, south of Richmond. I believe it's called Dan's Gun and Pawn, on south Ky. 127. He is an avid Colt collector; don't know if he would sell any. Check him out. They're for sale. Just not cheap. I havent seen many cheap ones yet. Haha. I will try him next time im down that way though. Thanks guys. If any one else knows any recomendations just let me know. |

His collection is truely something to behold. He is a lot like fugate firearms. Top notch items in top notch shape with all the boxes tools paperwork etc. If you are going to buy a safe queen or two you would be hard pressed to find another shop like it. Check out fugate if you haven't. Edit to add. I have the snake fever myself. Makes black rifle disease look like a rash. |

Wenis, I built 3 or 5 ars and got bored collecting and shooting them so I figured I would invest in some snake ponys. Good luck with your search also. |

Ron's Gun and Pawn I believe. From the square in Lancaster, take 27 south less than half a mile and it's on the right, next to a tobacco store I believe. His Colt snakes are pristine, and priced accordingly. |

| Not to steal this thread, but to the WenisPrinkle; Had never heard of Fugate's Firearms until this thread and you're right. I am a little sick at my stomach. I've been looking for a Marlin 39A TDS for two years, practically impossible to find. Look at their website and....bang, 1989 Marlin 39A TDS, new in the box for a decent price. All this a week after I buy a standard Marlin 39A rifle and send off for conversion. This is the part of the gun collecting horror that I hate.......... |
