I'm here in Louisville for sales meetings the past several days and damn...Doc Crow's - the best Beef Brisket I've ever had in my life Plus the Oysters was great, on par with New Orleans.

But my clients last night wanted to go to Spaghetti Warehouse or was it factory (Market St)? Disgusting...polar opposite of Doc Crows.

Haven't been to that place, wonder how long it's been there.  Have a conference in March, will have to try it.

Try Bistro 301 while you're there.

Go to the Frazier Museum and Slugger Museum while you're there too.

I've lived here going on 20 years. I've eaten at the Spaghetti Factory once. Skyline Chili is closer and is pretty much on par. If you want some Italian-type food in an entertaining atmosphere, trek to the East end for some Buca di Beppos.

Go to "Joes OK Bayou" out on Hurstborne. You'll shit your pants so you have room to eat more.

I think the OSF is like italian fast food, a cut above Fazoli's but not a whole lot better. Went to Vincenzo's a few weeks ago and it was very good. Pesto's is our favorite.

If you have a sweet tooth, stop by PT's for some eye candy! Always good for me when I am there

Doc Crowes also has nachos....with brisket on them!
