Go down to Laurel Lake and rent a boat and have a good time.Beautiful place.More than friendly people there to make friends with.

Lake Cumberland and Wolf Creek Dam. Below the damn is a national fish hatchery.

Cumberland Falls. Not that far away. If you have free time and a day to devote, I would highly recommend Mammoth Cave on the western part of the state. A little over a 2 hour drive from London, but it is the largest cave system on the planet. If you are a mountain biker, the trails around Laurel Lake are great. Fisherman, both Laurel and Cumberland Lakes are great.

While its not exactly exotic,Kentucky Fried Chicken was started just down the road in Corbin.You can go there to the original restaurant where it began.

Thanks for all the ideas guys, We found this little place to eat off of the main drag in London called " Starwood". Man that place is worth the money. I was telling the waiter I would expect to pay twice as much as I did for that flavor back home.
