I'm starting this mostly out of curiosity. If you're giving out candy, how many people do you get? We had maybe 12 groups come by last year, probably 30 or so people total. When I was a kid it seemed like there was hundreds of us.

6:30 here, nobody yet. We live on a 60 home circle, nice quiet neighborhood. SO is giving out the candy, I've got a bowl of treats for me and the dog in the basement waiting for football.

I dont get trick or treaters at my house. However I just drove by a giant group of them in Silvermine walking in all dark clothing with not a single flashlight among the parents. Complete morons.

Driving welllllllll below the speed limit on the hilltop in Derby trying to get home so I don't let down the 11 kids that come by my house and I saw the same thing. Parents wearing all black with no flashlights. Almost hit a few of them and I was barely doing 10mph.

We've probably had the doorbell ring 8-10 times now, maybe 25 kids so far.

No ninja families yet but a car did come down the road pretty damned fast and it made my teeth grind.

Shut the light off at 8:30. Probably about 30 kids.

In a hotel in MI for work. Mrs. Edgephoto said the usual 0 kids came by. We have never had one trick or treater in our 11 years in this house.

All the kids go downtown and do their thing there.

For the 13th consecutive year....zero kids.

Live on a main road, no sidewalk on my side, people flying down the street.  Too dangerous for anyone.

I place a bowl of candy out front for the taking but it just sits there.....until my wife annihilates it.

On the border of Hartford, things get sporty.  It's like D-Day.  Cars full of kids from Hartford come over the border, park on a block and spill out into the streets.  Older kids too that have no business going trick or treating.  Happens every year.  They are very aggressive but thankfully come late enough that most of the little kids are finished.

Ellington here in a condo complex of mostly elderly. Had 8-10 groups with maybe 30+ or so kids. Ages 3-10 with a couple young teenagers in the mix. Now what to do with all this candy!

We had one group of kids which is about normal. Most of the kids in my neighborhood go to larger neighborhoods to get more houses in .

I still drank

We take the kids to Grammys house where the wife grew up for a nice dead end neighborhood. We leave out a bowl of candy with pumpkin lit and light on. Again no kids, had 1 in 5 years.

None this year. Had about 6 or 7 last year. I live on a pretty busy through-street, with no sidewalks or street lights, with 2 or 3 cul-de-sac off it. There's really no reason for the kids to go up my street.

My little dragon helped hand out candy this year...
Probably about 6 groups, ages 4-10, with about 5 kids in each group.  We're in a pretty nice neighborhood, but my driveway is pretty rediculous.  That and the trump sign definitely led people away

Next year maybe he'll be Bender

Oh and John...that video/match was awesome!  The yoda giggle was perfect! Lol
