Thanks Because its a handgun it has to go through an FFL in the buyer's home state. If the nephew can legally possess the handgun while in FL then he could bring it down and do (if state laws allow for it) the transfer through a Florida FFL. I'd probably contact a local FFL in FL and get their guidance on it to ensure all FLORIDA laws are followed. |
