You're going to get in trouble for this since it's basically a wanted to buy add.

The EE here is your best bet.

Any reason you're so set on KAC stuff?

Knights guns are vastly superior in my opinion. The gas system makes the rifles easier to clean due to smaller ports the urx rails are comfortable and light and the sights are robust small and intuitive.  The simple elegant details they put into stuff makes the engineer and craftsman in me appreciate their products.  Until i shot one I never would pay what they ask for a gun. Now honestly I wish I bought 5 sr15s before the ban years ago. I bought a sr15 upper in 16" and don't shot my other 8 ar's anymore. They're noticeably smoother shooting, less blowback suppressed and plain badass looking. I'm dumping all my other uppers and going to just keep knights in the stable. This is just my opinion,  but fwiw my friend is a hard core bcm fan (he owns one so of course they're the best), and even he remarked at how appealing, lightweight and how smooth the knights upper shoots. Both guns wore the same stock, buffers and barrel length/flash hiders. Again just my opinion and experience I don't wanna get side tracked into a you know what measuring contest.

Most of my rifles are BCM, DD, and Colt......I would trade everything for KAC stuff
The KAC stuff I have and have held(dont have) makes me understand the quality.  IMO its well worth it as well.

They're all the same stuff for the most part.  Their uppers have the same gas holes and tubes, bolt, upper receiver and such.  I've shot a lot of high end stuff, exactly the same as the low end.  Unless it's accuracy or war/battle use them there is a slight difference.

Range and play time, all the same.

If you want it then you want it.  Guess I just like cheap Farris.

Love my Colts but I totally agree.  KACs feel different and shoot beautifully.  It's hard to describe but I think all of their little details and proprietary parts put them over the top.  My SR-15 is my favorite carbine.

KAC 11.5 uppers do pop up in the EE.  There is a really nice 16" there right now.

Its kind of like bicycles.  All bikes have a frame, wheels, a chain, and brakes.  The high end ones just look better, feel better, ride better, stop better, and roll better

As far as the gas system on an AR;  I would think you could grab a govnah, and slap that in any AR, and have a rolls royce, as far as the operation is concerned.

Lets put it this way though.  When my last can got transferred into JoJo's I was playing with it, then I held a couple KAC suppressors in there.  My Surefire can suddenly felt lousy compared to the KAC cans

Hmmmmm.  We need a test. Get a bunch of different ARs and have people shoot them.  See which one they like better, although they'd have to shoot blindfolded or something.....  Not sure how it would work, but, I've see the placebo effect come into play on tnings like this.

How about a Metacon shoot with more stuff?  Bring out some of them fancy toys.

As for real world or battle/war use conditions the KAC stuff is nice, I've used the can from the M110s as a hammer a few times and to fix a few guns. Their shit is very well built, not saying it isn't.

Lol

I build the lightest and softest shooting uppers.

Just ask Dan.

I got a Spikes lightweight middy these guys have shot with a BCE comp and they all swore it was the lightest lowest recoiling rifle at the range.

But hey, perception is reality.

I use keyhole upper receivers, Colt gas tubes, Ballistic Advantage barrels, mil spec LPKs, H2 buffers, FN bolts, Young Machine tool carriers,
Why is that not combat worthy parts?
