No. The only state requirements for purchasing CT legal magazines is; one be over 18, and have one of the relevant permits/certificates to purchase ammunition magazines. If purchasing or obtaining them from the internet some online retailers will ask you to fax or email them a copy of one of the permits/certificates prior to selling the magazines. |
