This is part of Maloys new plan to cut spending.
From now on, the SP will be rotating their own tires and changing the oil.
It was deemed faster and more economical to use the tools available around them.
Unfortunately, cost cutting came at the price of the procedure not being finished.
It is still unknown how the vehicle is to be put back on the road.
