Can someone steer me in the right direction as to where I
can find info on what I have to do legally so my 13 yr old can hunt in CT? |
| The state website tells you very little about junior hunters. The junior hunter will need to take a hunter safety course to obtain a hunting license, and whoever they are hunting with must be over 18, also licensed, and directly supervising the junior. The convoluted information available online tells you on what days of the year the junior hunter can hunt (under supervision). |

With appropriate supervision, junior hunters may participate in the totality of seasons for which they possess appropriate tags/permits/licenses. |
