I totally agree. You made some solid points there.

Hopefully you attend the rally on 4/5. Can't wait to hear you speak.

I have two.  Used to do a lot of duck hunting with my dad years ago.  One was his.  Fantastic guns.  That's all I got.

sorry, this was supposed to end up in the benelli m4 thread, darn interwebs owned be again. I have shot other semi auto and they are ok but it is not the same. It runs any ammo you throw at it. I have 2k through it in the year I have had it and it is just warming up.

I look forward to meeting up with some people in April for sure. I have been keeping in the loop on the status of the legal case through Hiller Sports, the owner Paul is a great resource.

Go with a preban semi auto shotgun then you can do what ever you want with it other than have a tube magazine in excess of 10 rounds.

Why?

Why? Because any tube ammunition feeding device OTHER than .22 caliber and one that is contained in a lever action firearm is considered a "large capacity magazine" if it holds more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

From PA 13-220:
(1) "Large capacity magazine" means any firearm magazine, belt, drum, feed strip or similar device that has the capacity of, or can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than ten rounds of ammunition, but does not include: (A) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it cannot accommodate more than ten rounds of ammunition, (B) a . 22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device, (C) a tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm, or (D) a magazine that is permanently inoperable;
