O.k...Last one I promise..On the state form..It says..I Name residing at herebt swear that all mags are declared on a certa in State of CT form DESPP-0788-c declaration of HCM's ..then ask for date...What date do I use?The date I filled out the form or 4/4/2013?Thanks I know I'm over thinking this..Just don't need any hassles..

I used 4/4/13 for my possession date

The signature date i filled out in front of the notary when i signed it

Just state that you owned all your magazines "prior to 4/4/13."
