Is that drool I here dripping on the floor?

I still gotta clock the FH but with the crush washer its almost 360 degrees of rotation, can that be correct?

Its been a year of compiling parts and filing paperwork.

OA preban lower that was an HBAR A2 I purchased for $900. I sold upper and accessories for $600.
Troy MRF rail bought on sale for $130.
TI-7 milspec stock, $34 open box on Amazon
BCM Mod 0 PG $25
11.5" barrel from a vendor for Spikes Tactical $135
Young mfg ion bonded BC, FN bolt, $130
Aero precision upper receiver built by me, $90 complete
Blemed  Mod 4 CH $27
DD rear BUIS $50
Troy FDE front BUIS $70
Receiver extension, spring, H2 buffer $50
Aimpoint Comp M2 and LaRue CCO 68 $350

Not inexpensive but pretty good over all.

Hope it goes bang.

The AFG, rail, pg and front BUIS match, but the stock doesn't.

But for that price I could give a Glock.

It's the same thing as a SOPMOD or a B5, maybe better.

Thanks btw.

Gotcha, I thought you wanted it to match lol.
^ But that sounds about right!  I'd love to do a 300BLK upper, but the ammo issue is what's holding me back.

I got a quick question.

It looks like I'll have to turn the FH 360 deg to time it properly.
Is this possible with.a crush washer?

Looks like you got a barrel and flash hider with their start points as far away as possible.  if it gets to tight at 360 you may need to trim the flash hider, find a thicker crush washer or try another flash hider.

Two crush washers may help but will look different

1/2-28 is .0357inch per turn  i think its 28 pitch, i dont remember

Yes diameter is 1/2" thread pitch is 28 tpi.

Milspec FH and crush washer, Spikes barrel, nothing oddball.

I'll try to install it before I get wadded up drawers.

Thanks for the input.

Thanks to Dan I do and I can never look at spikes the same again....sadly my last stripped lower is a spikes... Haha

But Cav you can try prematurely crushing your crush washer.  Pop it in a vise and squish it.  Or just put it on the barrel and torque the FH down then back it off.  Each time you do this you'll crush it a little more until eventually it'll be easily in range of tightening the FH down.
