| Yes there are fixed magazine AR's. If preban. yes its legal. If post ban (post 1994 manufacture) then it would probably be banned if you don't already own it since semiautomatic centerfire AR-15 and their copies/duplicates are banned by name. Once you get past that, so long as the semiautomatic centerfire rifle's fixed magazine holds 10 rounds or less its legal to purchase/transfer. |
