i was sitting up way to late tonight on the computer and found this.

With regards to the pistol grip- the fact that it contains a magazine is only relevant on a pistol. On a rifle, the presence of a pistol grip, or any grip which allows vert placement of finger(s) other than trigger finger below the action when firing, qualifies. They specifically revised away language from the statutory text regarding conspicuous protrusion below the receiver as well; allowing the expanded interpretation of 'what counts.' |
