i was sitting up way to late tonight on the computer and found this.

I was reading the law and sence the magazine is in the grip i wont count towards the AW laws.  Whats every ones thoughts.  Looks like a fun plinker in 45 cal.

I like it, but have doubts its legal here.  Is it over 30" overall?  Does that grip not count as a pistol grip?



Also says it has a "threaded barrel with a flash hider."

With regards to the pistol grip- the fact that it contains a magazine is only relevant on a pistol. On a rifle, the presence of a pistol grip, or any grip which allows vert placement of finger(s) other than trigger finger below the action when firing, qualifies. They specifically revised away language from the statutory text regarding conspicuous protrusion below the receiver as well; allowing the expanded interpretation of 'what counts.'
