I thought if you are submitting a sales rec't or DPS-3 you didn't need a notary? I figured if you were using a sworn affidavit then you would need a notary stamp. What information on the form would give you that idea? The application form has a section for the notary to sign, their notary expiration, and affix their notary stamp. The sworn affidavit is a separate legal document you can include if you don't want to include the DPS-3-C or sales receipts with the application. |
