Sorry for this new thread but I am about to order a PSA ar-15 build kit which has i think has all the evil features I am not allowed to have in CT.

I am a CT resident living in PA

1) The gun will never leave the state of PA, as I live here now and will be transfering my state of residency next month
2) I have an address here in PA because I live here

I think it is legal to build it from the information I have gathered but I just wanted to check up before I get arrested for a stupid AWB band

Yep. If the gun is staying in PA then you obviously don't have to worry about CT laws.

This was my first thought as well, but just to be sure I would call a local FFL. They should be able to give you a definite answer.
