Got a Question can I sell stripped lowers out of state if sent to a FFL holder?
I have two stag lowers listed in EE if anyone interested.

Yes, you may want to contact the out of state FFL first and make sure they will take a firearm transfer from a non-FFL holder (with appropriate ID).
