Okay, sounds good so far. 2 more questions
1.) How can I tell it's a pre-ban lower? Do I have to look up the serial number? 2.) Most important question, Where do I find one? I would like to do a FTF thing, so much easier to do then to ship through an FFL and everything. |

Check the equipment exchange, or call some FFLs here in CT - there are a few who have prebans hanging around. . |
