It's an empty M-72 LAW tube (Light Anti-tank Weapon), it's a 66mm single shot disposable rocket launcher, and when you shoot it, well, what's left is what they had.  Wish I had one!  That effect was cool, my kids loved it!

They are up to the  M-72A5 IIRC, we had A2's and A3's when I got out in 1990. I've shot a bunch of them, both subcaliber and full size, they are a hoot!  They are a lot light than the AT-4 (M-136) which is 84mm.

I only know because I am in the market for one because I am jealous of my buddies a2 (the one at the shoot)
