Just a couple quick questions, is the pin and weld method gtg for attaching a muzzle brake in Mass? Second question, is the Primary Weapon Systems TTO Compensator Mass legal.

Looking at their website, it appears that it is a muzzle brake and not a flash hider. In that case, yes, it's legal to be used on a post-ban rifle. And the pin/weld method of attachment is perfectly legal in MA to get around the "threaded muzzle" BS.
