Use the directions on the high rock site.

The address would be "roughly a mile into the woods on a paved goat path"

I think I used a dummy address on Hunters Mountain Road in Naugatuck to get me out there the first time.  From there, it's straight down the hill and turn left at the sign on the forest road that points you towards High Rock.  Can't get lost once you make it to Hunters Mtn Road... before that it can be a little little screwy for those not familiar with the area.

Another use the directions off their website. Using a GPS, at least for me, ends up taking me down a dirt road, just off Route 8, on the other side of the park. If you are going to use a GPS insert a few waypoints/POIs into the generated route to force the GPS to go the way the Highrock website indicates.

Oh and if there is any kind of snow or ice on the ground drive there in a four wheel drive vehicle. The road into the park can be an "experience" when it's not plowed well.
