Whats the current law on high cap mags in pistols in Connecticut? If the pistol comes with a 15rnd mag is it a no no to carry it with it? Production Date is within the last 1-2 years. Thanks in advance

No restrictions regarding capacity or date of manufacturer for pistol, rifle or shotgun.

I still can't fiqure out why we in CT can't have a bayo-lug. Well at least Hi-Caps arn't restricted

So the pistol hi cap ban went away recently? Wow Dam I have been going low cap for way too long!!

Connecticut's AWB does not include a magazine capacity restriction. So when the Federal Ban expired, high caps were ok.
