How's it been for you guys so far? I'm thinking of heading down to Waurika (driving down from east OKC area) and trying my luck next weekend, now that it's started cooling down a bit.
A couple of guys on Facebook pages said they've hit their limit "daily" since opening day, but when you ask where they never say.

There's not too many down here, but they never are. I figured they'd be flying pretty good just a bit further west but nobody's said anything.

I've never hunted doves, looks like fun though. Sort of the lazy folks species of choice lol. I've seen folks on buckets, bar stools and lawn chairs but I'm still waiting to see a recliner pulled out into the field.

I don't know where it was but i recognize one of the hunters, he lives north of Cashion close to the Cimmaron River.

yeah that's a childhood friend, his 2 sons and their friend.
the Amish guy just turned 21, bought his first handgun. I told him he'd have to use horses to haul his Sea Doo, but using them for propulsion is a non starter (2HP won't get you far) |
