Got a reply on a SBR after 11 1/2 months.
Gotta redo from the start, sheriff office, fingerprints, picture. everything.
Didn't see a option for refund the 2 thicks or I might take it, (got people yammering constantly for the 2 SBR/pistol uppers at over $1k each)

That sucks. Whats the reason they said for having to start over?

X2! I think I'm going to try Silencer shop handling mine.

outdated (not the most current version) of the form.
my form's dated 6-30-16, I mailed it 8-15-16. (guess it's just 11 months, not 11 1/2)
the new form's dated 6-30-19.
fingerprint's, picture haven't changed, Sheriff's (Whetsel!) report could have changed, but it's all a year outdated so Hi Ho it's off the jail (County) I go.

That is ridiculous, they should have contacted you as soon as they got the form, asking you to fill out the new form and send it in, with no further complications or money, and more importantly no delay.

One time I was renewing my C&R FFL, I had accidentally checked the wrong box on one of the questions, the ATF just asked me to fill out a new form and send it in.  They made it easy to correct the mistake, just a slight delay, maybe a couple of weeks, only additional cost was a stamp.

They will send you a refund, no need to request it. Just may take some time.
