My Wife loves turkey hunting. We deer and turkey in different blinds but times I have been in deer blinds with her she has fallen asleep only to awaken to the sound of a turkey gobble she grabs her binoculars and stars looking wishing it was still fall turkey.
Thur she was at her favorite turkey spot. 19.3 lb 9" beard, fan not that big, but all 3 birds we got were young birds. Other 2 were both 17.4 lb with 7 1/2 and 7'

That is very awesome! I've only been turkey hunting twice and never saw anything but a hen.

2 reasons, 1 We haven't had the time, he likes to get a little work out of us witch we don't mind, only fair but haven't had the time.
A lot going on out there, deer were only coming out after dark so we would have to spotlight, with the dep permits it was ok to spotlight but we didn't want to ( just didn't seem fair) an too hard to sex them in the dark, didn't want to be shooting does in spring.
