I'm not a real religious fella but my wife has been having some problems with her legs and hands. We just found out this am after she had
an MRI that she will be needing an emergency surgery to repair a place in her neck that is pinching her spinal cord. I'm really terrified for her but I am trying to keep her spirits up. Her name is Cindy. Please say a few prayers for her. Thank you, Matt |

Don't worry too much. These surgeries are pretty common these days and aren't as risky as they sound. I've had two surgeries myself on my lower spine with no problems. I think my latest was at Oklahoma Spine Hospital and they are top rate, was like being in a nice hotel except with doctors and nurses. Best wishes on your wife's surgery and recovery |

Thanks fellas! Took her in this morning at 0600 and she went into surgery at 1030. Doc called at 1210 and said all went well.
Finally got to see her at 1330 and she was feeling pretty good considering and actually her legs have a little more feeling. Finally at 1810 she was put in a room. Hospital at 93% capacity with 33 patients waiting for rooms, 23 of those were ER from previous night.![]()
I called my boss and he contacted peeps he knows and had her elevated to a VIP patient is why they got her to a room when they did. New update, a few minutes ago I helped her to the bedside shitter and she said she could feel her legs even more now, plus she had an easier time going to RR. Awesome news!!! |
