We had one south of Crescent, north of the river until an oil company put a drilling rig on it.
And some of the sales guys at Gene Sears are shooting 1000 yard rifles in some type of private club. Check with them.

Badlands Tactical in Grandfield. Been there once.

Why does everything have to be "tactical" anyway? That marketing tactic is old and tired.

Dan said he don't want to be no fighter like conan, he just wants to be the sheath to conan's sword.

Anyone a member????

Been a member of Red Castle for almost 10 years now.  Their 1000 yard range is only available on match days (they have 2-3 1000 yard matches per year).  The 200-600 yard high power range is available year round, but the 1000 yard line is located in such a way that you have to shoot over the rest of the ranges to shoot 1000 yards.

They also have a 100 and 200 yard bench rest range, a 50 yard pistol range, a 100 yard small bore range, a cowboy action range, and a plinking range (the place to shoot machine guns if you have them).

The outdoor range is on the Zink Ranch north of Sand Springs.  Their indoor range is just off of 11th street on Zunis in Tulsa.  The indoor range is pretty nice, but it's handguns and .22 rimfires only.

It seems expensive, but the initiation fee is a one time thing as long as you renew your membership, the dues include an NRA membership (you have to pay extra to not have an NRA membership, and can't shoot at the indoor range without one), and the outdoor range is open every day, year round, except during 1000 yard matches.  It's well worth the cost to join.

Then there is a discount on the annual membership dues equivalent to the cost of an annual NRA membership.
