| More of the lake next to it, does anyone know if fishing without a license is allowed during the day? I know Hefner and Overholser allow daytime unlicensed fishing and licensed fishing at night. Im thinking about taking my little girl fishing at that zoo lake while shes out for summer break. |

I couldn't find anything to verify that. I did find this, http://www.okc.gov/lakes/documents/2011FishRegsWeb.pdf, which barely mentions the zoo lake as one of the 'Close To Home' fishing lakes. As long as she's under 16 she shouldn't need one but the $3 daily permit for you might get old after a while. |
