I am looking at the Model 1 Sales Varmint Uppers. I was wondering if any one here has ever delt with them before and how good are their products? Looks like their uppers are about half the price of RRA. In thiis case are you getting what you pay for? Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks |

Yes you will get exactly what you pay for. Call me when your bolt snaps in half. (Yes I am speaking from experience, lots of experience with Model 1's parts) My .02 = I would call Pete at legal Transfers here on the forum and see what he can do for you. He only deals in quality parts and his prices can not be beat anywhere for the parts provided. |

This is the guy, you will have to give him a call. |
| My AR is a M1S upper. I haven't had any issues with the quality of parts in it. I shoot the sh*t out of it and my only problem is my lack of proper cleaning and lubing of it. Chrome lined chamber and bore, M4 feed ramps, 16" barrel, 1-9 twist...all the good stuff....although I have read alot about the bolts not being as good as Bushys but as of yet I haven't had any problems with it. If it does break its a fairly cheap fix you can do to it. |
