I see your point, but I have been to a few shows in OKC that had very few tables of gun related items. The ones that did have guns/ammo/accesories were at inflated prices. It would be a 160 mile round trip + admission for me, so I wouldn't want to go to look at a bunch of beanie babies and $800 10/22's.

If it has Claude Hall's name on it, you can be assured there will be beanie babies, jerky sales,  nuts for sale, jewelry for sale, and maybe even a gun table or two.

On that note you may want to sit this one out. But there are alwasy deals to be found. Even if its on jerky.

Just never know unless you go I suppose. To just screw off its about a 10 min trip for me

If there is anything you need LMK and I will keep an eye out for ya.

Thanks for the offer Fister. I can't think of anything that I have to have right now.

Last couple of Claude Hall shows I have been to were seriously not worth the price of admission.

He is no longer the BIG gunshow in town.

I went, and yes, of course it sucked. I knew that it would beforehand though. Only thing I picked up was some S&B 00 buckshot. That Saiga of mine is hungry

We hit most of the other stores in town too. I had to meet someone on another deal anyway.

I didnt run into FISTer or anyone else for that matter.

Noi deals huh. Not even the HK94 at the table next to the bright yellow storm case. Did you check the price on that one. It was beautiful. They guy started the day asking $2000 at about 2:30 +/- a guy bought it from him for $1600

Yeah $1600 and it was a real preban HK not a LEO trade in. It was probably around 95% with three mags.

I really wish I had the cash for that one.

If you could dust that sucker for prints, you'd find mine on it. I didnt have the $$$ for it right now, got too many deals going anyway. I guess that I had come and gone before you got there.

Hell if you passed a uv light over it wearing amber lenses you would find my DNA all over it

That was a smoking deal on a $3200 gun. Wish I had gotten there earlier we could have pooled resources

I did manage to find a couple deals after 7pm though. LNIB remington express HD model with extension for $225 and a couple old M44s walking in. One was polish for $150 and the other was a chinese type 35? or whatever for $50. I could not pass that one up. Looks pretty good for being around since 1955
