Well, the wife had a wierd craving, and it sounded good.......Some July Stew......me being the cook of the family, I obliged. Same as stew cooked during the winter, just a different season. ![]() There is a 10qt. pot on the stove right now......been there for 3 hous or so...another hour and DINNER TIME!! |
Why don't you post one? I know your SO has got to be one heck of a cook! That does sound like an idea for a new thread - Let's see what you cook for dinner! |
|
It's not different, but we grilled steaks last night. One baked potato for him, one sweet potato for me and a couple of green salads and a beer. The best fight I have EVER seen on IFL last night . . . Oh, my, life is good!! (Now if I could just get him to let me smoke my cigars again! |
you know bunny, when I was a kid and a woman spoke of smoking cigars, she was actualy talking code for using a feminine hygene product. ETA: a tumbler or three of a good single malt and a decent cigar would be just the ticket right now, and then a woman for dessert would be cream and peaches. |
Ehh, not me -- got that problem taken care of years ago. I know you guys can't relate, but I should of had it done when I turned 12!! Mmmmmmm I am with you on the drink and smoke, but not into the girls too much -- however, a nice, quiet, easy-on-the-eyes college football player would be nice. One that takes direction . . . -- that and the handcuffs! LOL)ETA -- Dinner is served!! |
damn bunny, I played football, wrestled too, I can even take a bit of direction as long as it's in the direction I'm heading, I even got a uniform or two, no handcuffs though, never had a need for them, duct tape and good rope has done me well for years. |
Not fond of duct tape myself -- hurts when you pull it off!! However, rope is a good substitute (in a pinch!)
