I said i wasn't going to buy another rifle..... but i sure do want either a para fal or a galil .......it sucks being a gun whore

Just when I really begin to believe you have absolutely no class,  you express a desire for the same kind of rifle I want!Centerfire Systems has a Galil 223 kit with new barrel for $280. I don't know how much Galil mags are going for now, but I know they are definitely cost prohibitive if you want to build a complete rifle set up. |
Yea i was looking at everything and it's more a "want" than a going to buy thing with the Galil....... The receiver is over 3 IIRC... so that pust you real close to what you can buy a complete rifle for 799iirc ..... before you even buy compliance parts  I can buy a dsa para for 1200..... and have the real caliber and mag compatibility for not much more moneyI need to just quit buying damn guns........ got more than i can carry right now

nah! man, you just gotta quit buying the ones that you can live without, and only buy the ones you can't live without, not picking on 1shott, well I am a little, but using him as an example, he has the gun disease know in the firearm community by it latin name "Seeith Gottstohavits Aquireths Nolongerhappy Withits Afterawileiths", which in laymens terms, means that you see a hot new item and you got to go out and buy it, but later decide that its not really what you wanted, take ARs in general, if you've shot one, then you've basicly shot them all, but everyone thats got one, always changes something on them, could be minor, or most likely its a major change, like rails, lights, sights, grips, tac slings and all other forms of mickey mouse shit, does the rifle handle different, yeah maybe a bit, shoot any different, in most cases......nope, but its sure looks cool to you, and like shit and worthy of a few laughs to everybody else, and then to top it all off, if you got one AR, then your not satisfied with just one, some feel like they gotta have one of every make and model, me, I've got all the rifles and pistols I need, I just want now, but its gonna have to be a rifle I can't live without for my to buy another, and that keltech bullpup might be that rifle. |

Ndenway is right about a lot of things - gotta have it...it ain't what I thought it was...gotta sell it to get something else cool. I've got more guns and sh*t than I'll ever need or shoot. Came close to getting rid of a bunch of it not too long ago, but couldn't go through with it. i've got doubles of almost every rifle, beaucoup of mags and ammo. Instead of selling them, I'll keep 'em. Cuz they're mine, all mine, and only I say who can shoot them, only I can take them out of the safe..... They're mine, all mine, and no, you can't have them........cuz they're all mine.

Man that thing looks extremely kick ass....... the only thing i dont like is the price if i pay that kind of money i want a 308 but if you buy one and don't like it i got first dibs  I'd probably just buy the galil but i hate to buy a bunch of damn diffrent mags the price aint that bad..... untill you figure in the mags.... i don't feel comfy unless i have a 100 or so I guess i'm just going to be forced to buy a par fal........... life is so terible

those are nearly in the keltech bullpup and in the AR10T price range, I already got two 556 ARs. |
The magpul so far i think is estimated at around 1500. last i heard.... the galil is 799. the sig i'm sure will be higher than a girafs ass |
| I would want the galil if it wasn't built by century. That's not to say that they can't make a decent rifle I'm just not willing to shell out $800 to find out. I can't decide whether I am going to buy the magpul or the new aug (I have no idea how much the aug will be) if they become available by this summer. The sig 556 just doesn't really interest me that much with everything else. The Keltec would be a definate buy for me if it wasn't so expensive. |
