Happy New Years, okies!

I tried to search in the main AR15 forum and didn't find what I needed.  I'm trying to find out what markings Rock River uses on the upper receiver and barrel.  I'm looking to buy a used one, but want to verify it's an RRA first.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

damn, ya'll college educated dudes got me beat, I'm just an Indian (pronounced GodDamn Indian in most circles)

but back to the question:

man, unless your saving big bucks, I'd just buy a new barrel from RRA, no questions about it origin then.

man i don't know what to tell you other than if it's a newer one the uppers are engraved with RRA

The old one that i have doesn't have any markings....... hell the barrel isn't even marked  i guess that's why their so cheap

like nden said depending on the price..... i'd buy new stuff unless it's a complete upper that you can test run......  don't get me wrong if it's cheap enough don't really matter who made it if your just looking for a shooter

UCO grad of 99.  I emember Dr. Baker from the History dept.  THe man knew his stuff.  IIRC, Dr. Kenny Brown is now the head honcho in the history dept.  Anyone remember Dr. Osborne, now that was a cool guy that had been around the world a time or two--I remeber him talking about the mid-east problem back then and a lot of it has played out as such.
