SUCKS! How they can get everything so screwed up is beyond me! They paid the surgeon for the knee replacement but want "additional information" before they pay for the actual titanium knee!!!! I was transferred from one hospital to another the day after the knee was replaced and they want to know why I went by ambulance!!!!! I guess the 160 beats per minute and the 220/110 bp, the morphine drip, and the oxygen shouldn't have kept me from driving myself!!! They pay for one therapy treatment, then don't pay the next, then pay for the one after that! They know I don't have Medicare B - they have a statement from the Social Security Administration, but still insist I file EVERY bill with Medicare B and get a denial of service before they will pay it!!! I'm going to be tied up in insurance bull sh*t for the next year!
