Hey All, Does anyone here(besides me)listen to XM radio? I love it. I have it in my truck, at home, and listen to it on the computer(like right now). My favorite shows are: channel 171-Trucking channel, anytime/24hours 165-Rollye James show, Coast to Coast, CigarDave...(maybe 166) 166-? I always miss it but on Sundays, either this channel or 165 is a gun show. I really enjoy it on my trips back to OKC for the holidays. It helps keep me sane( ) when driving through Dallas or Fort Worth .Sirrus.........don't know much about it except that Howard Stern works for them. Dave P.S. I know this is a gun forum, just thought I'd ask. I can't "live stream" WKY/Mark Shannon anymore, but once in a while I do click on other Oklahoma stations. GO SOONERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

If I remember correctly, a single unit is $12.00 and each additional is $6.00. My two units are less than $20.00 a month. I think they bill my credit card every 3 months. Go to BestBuy and they'll fill you in. I've had mine for about 3 years, so I've forgotten my service plan. *****while at BestBuy yesterday, I did sell a person on XM. They were standing there lookin' and I tried to answer their questions. I'm gonna get the portable-walkaround XM unit. This March, the wife and I are going to Las Vegas for the BAZILLIONTH time. On the plane, I'll listen to XM with the protable. Dave. |

I had Sirius in my Mack... Then the company switched me to an International and the cab was made out of plastic, so the antenna wouldn't work. The "CB type" that fit on the mirror were like 100 bucks, and I let the subscription go. Now I got a big ol' Pete and sometimes I think about getting it back because I am sick of commercials on AM/FM radio. The comedy channels were great. For the most part I enjoyed the music selection. They had FOX news, talk radio, etc, but no Rush Limbaugh. |
