Penn Square Mall and Wal-Mart don't have a "NO WEAPON ALLOWED" sticker on their door. Are they gun friendly stores? I thought Malls in OKC area are owned by the GOV.

I don't know of any malls with the no weapos policies.  Quial Springs or Penn.  As far as Wally World, I've never seen a sign on any of them.

the east side one in norman has a small one on one of the side doors, had a plant in front of it for the longest time, thats the only one I've ever seen in a wal mart though.

That's what I was thinking. If you conceal it right, no one will no you have it. Worst case scenario, someone asks you to leave. That is pretty unlikely. Imagine if they asked you to leave and you were a cop. They'd feel stupid, they know this, and they aren't likely to act as long as you don't look like Joe Dirtbag.
