| the charging port fails on the S3. there isnt really a way to fix it without buying a new phone or main board. what i did was buy one of the QI wireless chargers. samsung makes a back cover that has it built in or you can buy a little pad that goes under the battery cover and then buy the matching QI charging pad. thing i had $30 or so in my setup. check ebay and amazon for them, just search galaxy S3 wireless charging and you should get plenty of hits. |

I'm having this problem w/ my S3 and I'm not due for upgrade w/ VZW yet. Only 1 charging cable will work at this point and it has to be positioned perfectly. Just going to be a good consumer sucka and pay up for a new S5 soon.
